For the UK:

Returns are processed through our dedicated portal. You can book a DPD subsidised UK return (£3.50) here:

For International: 

International returns must be arranged and paid for by the customer.

Please contact info@benchmark.cx before sending your return.

You have 28 days to book a return on the Swap portal from the date of receipt. All products must retain the original brand tags and packaging. Please allow 3 working days for debit card refund payments and up to 7 working days for credit card refunds.
